十分抱歉，我因为昨天准备毕业的事，没看到您的回信，不好意思。
我把您要求的内容：“关于对理性留学的看法”，已经写好了粘在下面，谢谢您！
随着近几年大学扩招力度的加大，国内的就业形势越发紧张，毕业生为了给自身未来的职业发展增值，留学无疑是一个增加自身竞争力的有效途径。但这样并非鼓励我们盲目的“镀金”，而应该更加理性的看待留学生活，更加合理的规划自己的留学生涯，制订一份科学合理的留学规划。正所谓不打没准备的仗，留学首先应该清楚自己希望学习什么，将来希望得到一份什么样的职业，才能做到有的放矢；其次要清楚自身的外语水平，是否能顺利在国外进行学习；第三留学必须考虑自身的资金实力，足以支付学费和生活费用等，资金不足的还要考虑是否申请留学贷款；第四是否具有基本的独立生活能力，以及巨大文化差异下的心理承受能力。所有这些都是留学前必须考虑和做好准备的，所谓理性留学，就好比我们去商城买东西，必然是追求符合自己需要的，性价比最高的，否则就不能算是个理性的消费者。

您好！非常高兴收到您的回复。
所谓理性留学，我认为，是指留学要明确目标，合理制定留学规划，并具备相当条件付诸实施。如果把理性留学比作一个人的身体系统，则目标是脑，规划是骨骼，条件是血液，都具备才能顺畅运转。
理性对待留学，考虑的问题包罗万象，个人总结主要有以下几个方面：
1、为什么留学？增长见闻？逃避就业压力？增加就业砝码？......
2、留学规划是什么？学历？职业定位？工作经验？个性特征？专业？学校？归国前景？......
3、具备哪些条件？外语水平？经济能力？独立学习和生活适应能力？......
盲目留学的弊端逐渐暴露出来，理性留学让留学者和留学中介进入双赢的局面，并使两者更加紧密地联系在一起。留学者通过专业的留学咨询机构获得关于专业、学校及签证等的全面信息，增加对国外留学环境的了解，减少留学的盲目性。留学中介也在这场理性留学的浪潮中优胜劣汰，承担更为重要的责任。

The rational study abroad, is refered that study abroad must have a clear goal, a reasonable plan,and meets the suitable requirements to put into practice. If the rational study abord is described as a person's body system, then the goal is a brain, the plan is the skeleton, the condition is the blood, all has can smoothly work.
Rational treatment to the study abroad, students have to consider complex issues.In my opinion, there are mainly the following aspects :
1, why study abroad? Growth horizon? Avoid pressure on employment? Increase employment weight? ...
2, What is your planning to study? Qualifications? Occupational position? Work experience? Personality? Professional? Schools? Returned prospects? ...
3, Conditions? Foreign languages? Economic capacity? Independent learning and ability to adapt to life? ...
The problems of Blind study are gradually exposed. Students abroad and study abroad angencies are to enter win-win situation through the rational study abroad, and make the two more closely linked. Students abroad get the comprehensive information from professional bodies, such as specialties, schools and visa to increase the understanding of the environment, reduce the blindness. Study abroad angencies also sufer the change which the superior win and the inferior wash out to studying this reason the wave of the survival of the fittest, to undertake a more important responsibility.

Be Rational to Studying Abroad
Nowadays, students who study abroad at their own expenses have been the mainstream of Chinese students abroad. These students have freedom to choose where to study and what to study. So, only to being rational that they can layout their study plan well.
Before applying to study abroad, you should first ask yourselves several questions, "Why do I want to study overseas?", "What is my long-term goal?" and "Whether studying abroad is helpful for my career development?". To nail down answers to these questions is very important. Otherwise, you may be still very confused after you have finished your study abroad.
The ultimate goal of studying abroad is to increase chances of your future career development. You should establish a well-founded plan of studying abroad according to your study level, language level, personal characteristics, major background and economic ability.
When choosing your major, you should not just keep your eyes on those so-called "hot" majors and avoid following others eyelessly. To those who want to develop further in your working field, you should choose some major raletive to your job, according to your expertise and knowledge. To students who want to study further, when you choose your major, you should consider you future career orientation, working experience, China’s economic development and future social needs.
When choosing schools, you should decide whether to study in a school that the whole school is very excellent but your major is just OK, or to study in a school that the whole school is OK, but your major is outstanding. Not to lie on the so-called "University Rankings" too much. Though these rankings to some extent are justifiable, most of them are consituted by media and are subjective.
Moreover, being rational to studying abroad, you should also have the ability to study independently, have a mature personality so that you can communicate with others favorably and have some knowldege of western education.
Everybody has your own specific conditions and problems. So when applying to study abroad, please be rational.

Nowadays, the number of students studying abroad at their own expense accounts for over 90% of all the overseas students. As far as I am concerned, students financing by themselves has gradually become the mainstream of Chinese overseas students, which has become a new phenomenon in Chinese education course. And different from the students sent by the government for free at the start of reform and opening up of China , they have more freedom in choosing the country, the college, the professional and time. However there are a lot of problems, and we should solve them in a rational attitude. That is why we advocate rational study.
Obviously, many students preparing for studying abroad are always confused about how to choose the country, the college and the professional which are suit to them, because there are so many choices. Dozens of countries in Asia, Europe, Australia and the Americas , with hundreds of thousands colleges and professional are in the list, only by fully understanding the information can you make the wise choice. I think that’s the service which we can provide to you according to your educational background, object and interest.
As matter of fact, studying aboard is also a kind of investment with inevitable risk, you have to treat it in an economical attitude for repay. Of course you had better know yourself involving your accumulation in knowledge, life experience and career plan. Only fully preparing for it, both in physically and financially, can you have the chance to get rich rewards.

理性留学之我见
通过找工作我也发现，跟我同台竞技的有不少“海归“， 而且据往届的师兄师姐说，“海归”人数不断增多，许多曾经抱有“镀金”想法的留学人员发现，“海归”的名片并不能让他们成为招聘市场中的抢手。这就促使留学理性化，而我认为理性留学应从以下方面着手。
第一，选择留学地应多样化，多极化， 不应只盯住美国，日本，法国等发达国家，现在很多新兴新崛起的国家的科技教育实力也很强，比如北欧，韩国，印度等国。
第二，选择学校应理性，不应过多的关注学校排名，而应该根据家庭经济实力，将来的就业去向选择适合自己的学校。
第三，选择专业应理性，不应过多的集中在商科等热门专业，而应结合自己的爱好，以及就业市场的变化， 选择既适合自己， 又应时的专业，既要以自己将来想从事的职业为导向。
第四，留学人员应多层次，出国留学的人不仅要有高中生，也要有本科生， 硕士生， 甚至博士生， 出国深造应该是一辈子的事。
My advices on rational studying abroad
When looking for jobs, I found there were a few persons returning to China after studying abroad. And according to my elder schoolmates, the total figures of those are increasing. Many of them find that the diplomas which they got at abroad cannot make them outstanding persons when looking for jobs after they return to China . The fact forces people to make rational decisions on studying abroad. And I think we should make right decisions through the following aspects.
Firstly, the countries we studying should be diversified. We should not only focus on some famous developed countries, such as America , Japan , France , and so on. Nowadays, some newly-developing countries, for instance, northern Europe, Korea , and India , have been making great achievements in the last decades.
Secondly, choosing the universities studying should be rational. We should not concentrate only on the ranking of that college, but also on our family’s present economic status, and our future expectance. Through the above-mentioned aspects, we can choose the suitable college.
Thirdly, to choose the discipline should be rational. We should not always compete for popular disciplines such as the business. We could mix the discipline with our hobbies and the present situation to the right one that is not only suitable and fashionable, i.e. to choose the right career we really want to engage in.
Last, the persons studying abroad should be diversified. They should include not only students from high schools, but also bachelors, masters and even doctors. The studying abroad should be one thing for a whole life.

选择出国就像选择商品一样，每个人对商品的使用价值的需求是不同的，同样出国的目的也是多种多样的。有人为了接受高水平的专业教育，有人为了在外语环境中加强外语，有人为了移民，有人为了避开国内上学和就业的激烈竞争。理性出国的第一步就是制定理性的目标。无论是什么样的出国目的，只要是根据您各方面的实际情况（包括学习能力、兴趣、经济条件、个人的性格等）作出的判断都是合理的。理性出国的关键就是所选择能在最大程度和最小成本上满足您需求的出国方案。理性出国不是人云亦云，不是一味追求大国、大城市和名校，而是要让出国方案切合您的近期和远景目标，并能节约成本。这就需要对国家政策、学校特色、专业实力、经费、教育体制等因素充分了解，选择最适合自己的组合。

我认为首先不能追赶留学热，首先要确定学生需要的是什么，对自己日后的人生规划是怎样的，自己的优势和缺点都各在哪里，也就是客观的来认识自己，在留学的选择上是相当重要的。在决定留学之前，一定要客观地剖析自己，规划自己，而这些往往是学生或者是学生家长自己无从认识到的，所以就需要有专业的顾问人员是去帮他们分析。
之后，就是为自己定下目标，比如选择怎样的国家怎样的学校。以去美国为例，有一部分家长只是过分的追求哈佛耶鲁这样的常春藤名校，但他们并不清楚，实际上，在美国一些排名前200的综合性大学包括一部分文理学院在世界排名上来看都是在清华或者北大之上的，重要的是给自己一个好的定位，选择一个适合学生发展的学校。
在选择国家上，可以把一些小语种国家作为考虑的对象，例如欧洲一些国家，法国、德国、意大利，各个国家都有自己专长的学科，而且竞争力相对比较小，这样费用也相对会比较低一些。
这样了解了自己，确定一个目标，再去专攻一门语言，准备申请，再加上专业留学机构的帮助，出国留学也不是一件很困难的事情了。

我认为理性留学首先意味着打算留学的学生应该有一个理性的目标。每个人的具体情况不一样，要先理性的分析自己的兴趣、爱好和能力等各方面因素，在选择是否留学，到哪里留学和学习哪个专业。然后在决定好这一切后，要理性的选择各种留学咨询机构。选择那些有经验并且适合自己选择的机构办理相关的事宜，完成各种手续。在留学期间也应保持理性的态度，积极调整自身对异国的生活和学习方式及环境的不适应。在留学结束后，应对自己有个理性的定位，是否在当地就业还是回国，那种更现实，更加符合自己的能力和具体情况。

你好，我觉得理性留学是指对是否选择留学、去留学的目的地、专业的选择都趋于理性化，而不是盲目的跟风或一味的认为留学回来就是镀了一层金。现在的家长和学生在留学问题上更关注就业问题，他们会考虑留学的投入产出比。同时，他们的选择余地也越来越大，并不仅仅局限于英美等国，现在韩国、日本和北欧的一些国家也成为了留学热点。
我认为，理性留学就是根据自身家庭条件、学历、心理素质等多方面综合考虑，结合国家相关政策和国内外就业形势，作出理性的选择，使出国留学能切实的发挥其积极作用。我相信，这也是我们金色英东咨询有限公司的企业文化所在。
